During his visit, Mr. Ishizuka toured the BSS Canon Service Center Cairo — the first authorized Canon service facility in North and Central Africa dedicated exclusively to Canon cameras and lenses.
This state-of-the-art hub provides expert maintenance, repairs, and technical support for photographers, broadcasters, and content creators throughout the region, reinforcing Canon’s reputation for reliability and post-sales excellence.
Following the service center tour, Mr. Ishizuka visited the BSS Experience Center, a dynamic showcase for Canon’s latest cameras, lenses, and broadcast equipment.
The center allows professionals, partners, and enthusiasts to experience Canon technology firsthand, exploring how these innovations empower media production, storytelling, and live broadcasting.
The facility reflects BSS Group and Canon’s ongoing collaboration to foster professional development, training, and regional technology adoption in the imaging and broadcast sectors.
Mr. Ishizuka’s visit underscores Canon’s strategic focus on Africa — expanding local infrastructure, service quality, and access to world-class imaging technology.
